Return & Exchange Policy

In case of outdated and damaged products, it is Gorety store choice to credit or replace the products. Replaced products will become property of Gorety store.

Complaints of obvious outdated and damaged products must be announced within 2 days of receipt of the Goods. After 2 days the products are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
