1. Interpretation of Terms and Conditions
(1) Company means GORETY.
(2) Customer means the purchaser of goods from the Company.
(3) Goods means all goods sold and/or delivery by the company to the Customer.
(4) Terms means these Terms and Conditions of the sale.

2. Application of Terms and Conditions
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of Goods by the Company.
(2) The Customer acknowledges that it has not right to resell the Goods.

3. Description of the Goods
(1) The description of the Goods that are sold are shown in the websites.
(2) Every effort is made to ensure that the description of the Goods shown in the website is accurate.

4. Price of the Goods
(1) Prices are given in the website.
(2) Menu prices are shown in the website.
(2) The price of all the Goods are displayed in the shop.
(3) Prices are determined at the time of the sale and subject to change without notice.
(4) Prices in store are cheaper than the prices in Deliveroo.

5. Goods Information Request
(1) You must give us your name, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order.
(2) Information about alcoholic beverages will only be provided to over 18 years old.

6. Table Reservation
(1) You must give us your name, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process the table reservation.
(2) Your table will be help for up to 15 minutes after your booking time. After 15 minutes your table will be assigned to another customer in event that there are no available table.
(3) In the event that you do not show up fine may be applied.

7. Payments
(1) Payments for the Goods can be made in the store and online.
(2) In store payment must be made by cash and/or card.

8. Delivery & Returns
(1) Gorety does offers delivery services in partnership with Deliveroo. Delivery charges applies.
(2) In case of outdated and damaged products, it is Gorety choice to credit or replace the products. Replaced products will become property of Gorety.
(3) ​Complaints of obvious outdated and damaged products must be announced within 2 days of receipt of the Goods. After 2 days the products are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.

9. Risks
(1) The Goods are at the Customer risk from the time of payment and after exiting the store.
(2) The ownership of the Goods shall not pass to the Customer until the Company has received in full all sums due to it in respect of the Goods.

10. Complaints
(1) Complaints of obvious outdated and damaged Goods must be announced within 2 days of receipt of the Goods.
(2) After 2 days the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
(3) In case of outdated and damaged Goods, it is the Company choice to credit or replace the product.
(4) Replaced products will become property of the Company.

11. Limitation of Liability
(1) The Company total liability in contract (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

12. Data and Protection
(1) Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, age, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of the Company. The Company respects your privacy.
(2 We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you here or by means of a notice on our home page, at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the changes.
