(2) Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange a correction or refund.
(3) Customer Dissatisfaction: For other issues, you may contact us to provide feedback and seek a proportionate refund or other resolution.

(2) Verification: We will review the issue and may ask for the item to be returned.
(3) Refund Issuance: It is GORETY choice to either offer a refund or to replace the item. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your valid claim.
